Today’s post features Throat Chakra Affirmations to Converse with Confidence and Empathy. In addition, I’ve created a video to help make the affirmations even more effective. The Throat chakra is the fifth chakra or Vishuddha. Vishuddha means “pure.” The throat chakra is located in the throat area and is naturally associated with communication. The color of the 5th chakra is blue.
Our throat chakra affirmations today will help you to open up any blockages and communicate from a higher state of consciousness. At the same time you’ll be prompted to start asking and getting what you want in life. Your communication goal when balancing the throat chakra is to turn your communication into an exercise in which all parties benefit. If that means you need to tell it like it is to stand up for yourself or someone else in an unequitable situation you’ll be encouraged to do so.
To have a balanced and aligned throat chakra means that you should be a fearless and yet empathetic communicator. You should strive to balance speaking from a place of fearless power while keeping your ears open to understanding others. These throat chakra affirmations were created with those thoughts in mind.
In addition I have added a second smaller set of “Ask and You Shall Receive” affirmations. An open and energized throat chakra is your voice to the world. Because of this, why not use this open and flowing chakra to call what you want into your life? The “ask and receive” affirmations exhort you to be fearless in asking for what you want in life. At the same time you are pushed to make them a reality. Part of that is giving voice to what you want and then going after it!

All my chakras are balanced aligned and flowing with positive energy.
My throat chakra is open and energized.
When I speak, I speak with power.
When I listen, I listen with empathy.
I am an open and honest communicator.
I show empathy for others while being brave in expressing my own beliefs.
While listening to others I am focused and understanding.
One of my best phrases to acknowledge others during conversation is: “I understand.”
I communicate with compassion and understanding.
I always think about what will be the best way for all parties to feel fantastic after the conversation has concluded.
My end goal with every conversation is clear, concise, and friendly communication.
During any conversation I try to put myself in the other person’s shoes.
I look at life from a higher perspective.
Words have power and I select the words I use with care.
My words flow from the heart.
I speak with energy and enthusiasm.
I am a powerful charismatic speaker attracting all to me.
When people hear me speak they listen attentively.
I am persuasive and my voice commands attention.
Others want to hear what I have to say.

I am brave and bold about saying what needs to be said.
I come from a place of compassion and understanding.
The more I speak my truth the easier it gets.
The more I listen to others the easier it becomes to understand them.
I speak from a spiritual core.
I shower others with wisdom while gratefully receiving it in turn.
When I speak I make a positive impression.
When others hear me speak they are attracted to what I say.
I speak with power and boldness.
I am a force to be respected and admired.
My powerful voice is augmented by my excellent listening skills.
My focus is primarily on the other person during conversation.
When the situation calls for it, I easily stand up for myself.
When speaking I am calm cool and relaxed.
Others are peaceful and at ease around me.
My relaxed aura puts everyone at ease.
I am a smooth speaker.
I believe in myself.
My throat chakra is open and balanced.
I speak with boldness and listen with compassion.
All of my chakras are open and energized.
My throat chakra is flowing with positive energy.
I use my voice for the benefit of all concerned.
I am centered and at peace.
Ask and You Shall Receive Affirmations
I ask and I shall receive.
I am fearless in asking for what I want in life.
The universe backs my heartfelt intentions.
I go after what I want.
I am relentless in the pursuit of my dreams.
As the saying goes, “You miss one hundred percent of the shots you don’t take.”
I will take my shots and be glad I did.
My life is my creation.
If it is to be it is up to me.
I will take massive action on a daily basis.
I will achieve my dreams.
Life is too short to sit back and wonder: “what if.”
I will speak my dreams into existence and then create them.
