Today’s post is Solar Plexus Chakra Affirmations for Confidence and Healing. I’ve also created a video to go along with the written affirmations. The third chakra is the solar plexus chakra located above the navel in the upper stomach area near the diaphragm. These solar chakra affirmations focus on harnessing the energies and abilities of that chakra, also known as Manipura in Sanskrit.
The solar plexus chakra is connected with your sense of self-esteem or confidence. In addition, this energy center helps promote your will power, assertiveness, decision-making, personality and your ability to take responsibility and control of your life. The more that you can keep the solar plexus chakra energized and balanced the more you’ll be pushing yourself to taking responsibility for your life. Doing this will help you to be confident and self-assured further enhancing the powers of this chakra.
This chakra is characterized by the color yellow or gold and is somtimes referred to as the fire chakra. Today’s solar plexus chakra affirmations are intended to energize and balance the chakra while at the same time helping you take on and embrace the characteristic strengths of this chakra.

You can of course help balance and energize your solar plexus chakra by doing the chakra affirmations we’ve given you.
