Chakras are reported to be energy centers associated with the spiritual body. These 7 chakras are associated with different parts of the body and regulate different aspects of our physical and spiritual well-being.
The crown chakra is located at the top of the head or slightly above the head. It is associated with higher consciousness and transcending your limitations. The Sanskit name for the crown chakra is Sahasrara, or thousand petals, often linked with the thousand petalled lotus.
Crown Chakra Color and Powers
The crown chakra is usually pictured as a bright white. Sometimes it is said to be a violet or purple in color. With today’s crown chakra affirmations we will look to open up the lotus and let that chakra energy flow out and up as a conduit to access the divinity of the universe.
The crown chakra is the chakra of enlightenment. With the crown chakra in balance you’re able to embrace your spiritual side and keep your material side in control.
Today’s crown chakra affirmations will focus on visualizing spiritual energy flowing through your chakras and connecting with the divine energy of the universe. You’ll be exhorted to embrace that aspect of you that is tied to the divine and use that power to better your life and the lives of those around you. And, as stated previously we are looking to have you realize that you are a being of higher consciousness.
