Today we feature a quick Holiday Meditation that allows you to tap into the seasonal good feelings that come in this time of year. I created this holiday meditation video years ago for my Vitalwaves channel based on a concept that I heard while listening to an audio set by Jonathon Parker. The audio set was called Pathways to Mastership and included various meditations and also discussed a variety of different spiritual and metaphysical concepts.
One of those concepts was that of the holiday aura. Essentially the theory is that all those good feelings of joy, love, happiness, and generosity that people exude during the holiday season actually begins to form a spiritual cloud aka the holiday aura. Even better you can tap into that holiday aura and bring more of that good spiritual energy into your space. According to the authors of the concept this spiritual cloud, or holiday aura, dissipates after the New Year. So do the meditation now and see if you can’t tap into that same positive energy.
