Law of Attraction Exercises for Manifesting

Today we feature another post in our Manifesting series. This one is the Law of Attraction Exercises for Manifesting. What we have done in our manifesting series is to feature a variety of manifestation techniques, aka law of attraction exercises. These law of attraction exercises can help you manifest more of what you desire in life. We have also set up many “done for you” approaches to help speed up the process.

So, what we’re going to do today is to showcase some of these law of attraction (loa) exercises that you can start using right now and see if they can make a difference in your life. If you are unfamiliar with the law of attraction it is usually summarized as a universal law that will allow you to attract more of what you want in a particular area.

Many law of attraction gurus posit that where your attention goes your energy flows. In other words, focus your attention on wealth and prosperity and you’ll attract more of it into your life. You can then extrapolate this concept out to other areas. Now, there are of course nuances to all of this along with a variety of manifesting techniques that you can use to help you consciously direct your attention in a focused way.

Do Law of Attraction Exercises Really Work?

So, why spend time doing law of attraction exercises? The obvious reason is that you want to speed up making something happen in your life. Now, I’m a big proponent of taking massive action on your own to get what you want in life. Having said that, these manifestation secrets may help you to get there a little bit or in some cases a big bit faster.

Make a Plan – The Foundational Law of Attraction Exercise

This one is simple and a great foundation for every other law of attraction exercise. If you don’t have a plan for where you want to go you’re never going to get there, simply because you won’t know where “there” is!

Start writing down what you want in your life. Make a list of everything you want in your life. Next make another list of the most important things from the bigger list that you would like to prioritize. So, maybe you have 10-20 items on the list. Start breaking those items down into bite-size chunks or steps you can take to actually accomplish them.

This law of attraction exercise might take you some time but it will help to narrow your focus and more properly define exactly what it is you want. In the meantime, you can do many of the other law of attraction exercises we have below. Many of these are already done for you videos and images that will help put you in the right frame of mine for attracting positive things into your life. And, when you have your master plan you can actually further refine these manifestation exercises to include exactly what you want to attract.

Ok. So the second law of attraction exercise we’ll cover is the vision board technique.

For instance, if you download it to your phone just pull it up once a day and take a minute to look at the image and believe that you can manifest a similar lifestyle in your own life. These vision boards for your phone or laptop are extremely quick and easy to use.

Virtual vision boards are the online modern corollary to physical vision boards. With the physical type of vision board you buy a poster and find pictures or images of similar things that you want to attract into your life. Then you make sure to put the vision board in a place where you can look at it least once a day. In theory, as the days pass your images and desire begin to seep into your subconscious mind which then sets about directing you to ways to manifest these desires.

Intention Power – Another Powerful Law of Attraction Exercise

Intention is basically just the focused will of the mind. Now, using the intention power is something that is a great concept and especially applicable when dealing with the law of attraction. As stated previously, in the law of attraction you expand your attraction in areas that you are focused on. So, if you can learn to direct and focus your intention you can successfully apply this power to help you manifest more of what you desire.

In fact, there is growing evidence that there is power in your focused intention. If you haven’t read Lynn McTaggert’s book the Intention Experiment I highly recommend it. I read it when it first came out in 2008. In it, McTaggert looks at many different scientific studies that seem to point to the fact that our intentions can indeed influence our reality. As Deepak Chopra noted, “If you want to empower yourself and use the laws of intention to manifest your material reality, read this book.”

So, as I write this I am taking a Law of Attraction coaching certification course on Udemy. The course is taught by Joeel and Natalie Rivera and Terez Firewoman. One of the things that Terez stresses in her teachings is the power of intention and how you can use it to push for positive outcomes in every encounter. I’ll show you how you can do that below. (Great course by the way.)

Using Intention Power

So, how can we use intention power to get more of what we in life? First, focus your attention and intention on things that you want more of in your life. And, the opposite is also true, don’t dwell on negative things or situations or news. Focus on the positive and plow forward.

Another thing you can do is to consciously approach every encounter or situation or goal with a prior intention that the outcome will be the best for all concerned and that it will be a win/win for everyone. With these thoughts in mind you are better able to influence all encounters and situations to approach your desired result. You can start using the power of intention today. Before your next call with someone mentally project the energy that this call will be for the benefit of all parties and that a happy and positive outcome will result. You can use that approach with everything you do.

Using Affirmations to Help You Focus on What You Want

As stated many times here, affirmations can help direct your focus to the things that you want more of in your life. Again, affirmations can be used as another law of attraction exercise to help you in manifesting. Knowing that, you can start using positive affirmations right now to help you keep focused and heading in the direction of manifesting more of what you want.

Manifestation Scripting Using the 3×33 Method and the 555 Method

I’ve talked before about the power of writing down what you want. This technique is also known as manifestation scripting which may also involve various methods of implementation. Manifestation scripting is one of the more powerful law of attraction exercises you can do. I say this because I’ve done it before and it worked for me.

As far as implementation goes with manifestation scripting, there is the 3×33 or 33×3 method. With this method you write down what you want to manifest 33 times a day for 3 straight days. Likewise, the 555 method has you writing down your affirmations 55 times a day for 5 days.

Now, what I’ve done to speed up the process is create done for you scripts for both manifestation scripting methods. For instance, with the 3×33 manifesting method I’ve created a money script video as well as a love script video. For both of these you simple watch the video once a day for 3 days. Now, of course to maximize the effectiveness you can also write down the affirmations as the video plays should you wish. Quick Law of Attraction Exercises

The law of attraction exercises we’ve already covered make take some time. The ones that we’ll cover right now are just some quick things you can do that may take little or no time at all to implement. In fact you can start incorporating many of them into your life right now.

Ask and You Shall Receive

From the old Wayne Gretzky quote, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” In other words, don’t be afraid to ask for what you want – no matter the arena. You want more love in your life? Then you have to ask someone out. You want more money in your life? Then you have to ask for the sale, or the raise, or the new job, or the business. Get in the habit of asking. Also, get in the habit of being turned down often. Every no is one step closer to the next yes. And just keep asking for what you want – you just might get it.

Be Grateful

As you go about your day just be grateful for all the things you might be taking for granted. Are you in good health? Many aren’t. Do you have a roof over your head? Many don’t. Do you have a job or run a business? Many don’t. You get the idea. Recognize that there are many folks worse off than you and be grateful for what you do have. Also be outwardly thankful to others if you aren’t already. The more gratitude you show and feel the more opportunities the universe will send your way to feel even more grateful!

Be Positive and Happy

People want to be around positive happy people. Think about your own life. Who would your rather be around – a happy, positive person or someone else? The more positive and happy you are the more others will want to help you out and send good things and opportunities your way. It’s a snowball effect where more and more good things will start rolling your way. So put on a smile and flood your mind with positive optimistic thoughts.

Be Generous

One of the law of attraction principles is that the more you give the more you get. So, start being more generous and see if you don’t start seeing more great things coming your way. Donate or give to charities and you might see an increase in your business income, revenue, or even money from some unexpected source.

Unclutter Your Mind and Your Life

Meditation is a great way to unclutter and clear your mind. This state should allow increased focus and clarity on the things you want to attract into your life. Meditate for 15-30 minutes daily and you may also find as studies indicate that it is a great stress-reliever as well.

Start to minimize the possessions in your life and get rid of things you don’t need or don’t use. Marie Kondo’s KonMari method of decluttering says you should pick up an item and ask if it brings you joy. If it doesn’t then you should throw it out. Now that philosophy will certainly free up the space in your home. However, it could be used with a bit of restraint. I mean a toaster doesn’t really bring me joy but am I going to throw it out? Not quite sure…

Those quick law of attraction exercises combined with the bigger manifestation techniques like using making a plan, manifestation scripting, vision boards, intention power, and affirmations are a powerful one-two punch.

Final of the Law of Attraction Exercises – Start Sweating

Start sweating? Why good man, whatever do you mean?

Thomas Edison said, “Genius is one percent inspiration and 99% perspiration.” So, there you have it – start sweating if you want to start really manifesting what you want in life. In other words, at some point you leave the manifestation to the universe and you get busy taking massive action in the direction you want to eventually be. The more action you take the faster you’re going to get there.
